Gourmet-to-Go Catering is expanding. And it’s moving as a result.
Owner and chef Jessica Symmonds says the catering business is moving from its current home inside the Humanitarian Center, 215 West Sixth, to 707 Commercial — just north of Cooltura Conexion’s address of 705 Commercial and space previously occupied by Casa Ramos before that restaurant moved to 402 Merchant in the fall of 2023. Specifics are pending, but Symmonds says the move in address and up from basement to ground floor lets the business grow and offer more options for customers.
Symmonds says the next week will be busy as Gourmet-to-Go moves into the new space. An official opening date at the new address is pending.
