Stormont Vail has announced the groundbreaking date for its Emporia clinic.
Stormont Vail is encouraging the community to attend the event at 9 am May 15. Community leaders, caregivers and hospital partners are attending.
Dirt work has been underway for several weeks at the southeast corner of West 18th and Road G. The nearly $45 million facility should open to the public in 2028. It will offer several levels of primary care, including family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics and behavioral health. It will also offer several types of specialty care, including immunology, allergy, cardiology, endocrinology, occupational health and orthopedics. Imaging and lab services will also be included.
