A jury trial date is now slated in a Lyon County case involving charges of sex crimes against children.
On Thursday, Judge Lee Fowler set jury trial for Aug. 3 in the case against Patrick Rosenberg. The final pretrial hearing will be July 29.
Rosenberg faces 11 counts, including aggravated sexual battery, aggravated human trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation of a child, indecent solicitation, contributing to a child’s misconduct and furnishing alcohol to minors this past November. Court documents indicate illegal activity with three children ranging in age from 14-17 at the time of the alleged incidents.
