One of two defendants in a Lyon County aggravated kidnapping case is moving forward in the court process.
Michael Allen Baldridge currently faces single counts of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated battery – bodily harm with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault after an alleged incident Jan. 2. Following a preliminary hearing Monday, Baldridge will return to court for a pretrial hearing May 28.
Baldridge and Charles Tatman are accused of holding a man at gunpoint in January. Tatman, meanwhile, has a preliminary hearing May 5.
