A court hearing for a defendant in a Lyon County drug distribution case is on hold after the man allegedly failed to appear.
Richard Eugene Donald Williams was tentatively set for a preliminary hearing Monday. Instead, there is now a bench warrant for his arrest and his bond has been revoked.
Williams was arrested in early January on suspicion of distributing up to 450 grams of marijuana and up to 100 grams of methamphetamine, as well as possessing cocaine and paraphernalia.
