Three Hornets Named to All-MIAA/GAC Tennis Team

Three Emporia State tennis players have been named to the 2026 All-MIAA/GAC Men’s Tennis Team.  Anton Sarunic picked up Second Team honors after going 3-2 in North Division competition in singles.  He was 3-1 in the #2 singles spot for the Hornets and is the first player to earn second team all-conference since 2019.  Diego Calvo and Luke West were both named honorable mention recipients.  Calvo went 3-2 in division action spending time at #3 singles while West was 3-1 at #4 singles.  It’s also the most overall all-conference honorees for the program since 2019.  ESU finished the season 8-9 ending a streak of back-to-back winning seasons.
