Bruffs Sports Bar and Grill is on the market.
The restaurant at 2640 West 18th is listed at $975,000 through Re/Max Ek Real Estate, with over 6,600 square feet of available space as well as a range of restaurant equipment and a fully-equipped kitchen included.
CMR Holdings currently owns the property, according to Lyon County records. The Lyon Register of Deeds says Bruffs was previously owned by Buffalo Capital Services LLC, a trustee for the Burgess 2022 Trust, which sold to CMR in 2022. Burgess Revocable Trust got the property from Gary Burgess in May 2021, then deeded the property to the Burgess 2022 Trust the same day the property ultimately went to CMR Holdings.
Bruffs was a staple of Emporia’s downtown before fire destroyed the building at Sixth and Merchant in 2004. The restaurant quickly moved to its current location.
