Allie Weiss competed at the KSHSAA 5-1A Diving Championships at Shawnee Mission School District Aquatic Center in Lenexa on Thursday.
The senior sits in second with a score of 326 after the first eight dives. In the top spot after the semifinals is Sydney Schumaker of Maize South with 331.05.
Weiss will have to come from behind for her third straight title Saturday morning at 10 a.m. in Lenexa.
