A federal indictment has been filed against a Valley Center man who had taken classes at Emporia State University earlier this academic year.
Jackson Trimble was recently indicted on multiple counts of distributing child sex abuse materials and tampering with records. The indictment accuses Trimble of distributing illegal materials on several occasions before altering or destroying records, including records on a cell phone, last year.
Trimble was a music education major at ESU in the Class of 2029. He is no longer registered as an ESU student.
