The Chase County Old School Development District always has a variety of events on the community calendar, with the latest coming up this weekend.
The sixth annual Old School Car Show will take place in Cottonwood Falls from 10 am to 3 pm. The show will once again feature a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks and motorcycles.
Spokesperson Lee Anne Coester, on KVOE’s Morning Show, Wednesday, stated that this year’s slate of activities will have a couple of new additions.
Coester admits they may not have the largest car show in the local area, but they certainly have some of the best perks.
Coester says the main focus for proceeds from the upcoming car show will be additional updates to the historic school building in Cottonwood Falls.
