Emporia State University’s Peterson Planetarium has a broad spectrum of presentations ahead for the summer season starting Tuesday.
The planetarium will be offering showings of “Origins of Life.” Planetarium Director Mark Brown says the presentation covers a range of “profound life science questions” detailing how life began on Earth.
The first presentation will take place on Tuesday at 2 pm, with two more presentations following on Wednesday at 6 pm and Thursday at 10 am. Brown says Origins of Life is just the first of seven presentations being shown at the planetarium now through the end of July.
The summer series will conclude the week of July 28th with a show titled “Incoming” narrated by Star Trek actor George Takei.
