The city of Madison is set to be chock-full of activities through the weekend.
Madison Days kicked off late Friday morning with a free hotdog feed at 11 am in Madison City Park with a full slate of events to follow, including a free community swim, screening of Disney’s The Little Mermaid, a hamburger feed, mechanical bull, Handpan Dan concert and much more, closing out night one. Saturday will be even busier with activities starting at 8 am at the Sauder Center with the annual biscuits and gravy breakfast.
The morning and early afternoon schedule will include a sidewalk chalk contest, volleyball, a Madison history talk, kids’ crafts, inflatables, an appearance by the Art Mobile, and much, much more. Festivities will conclude Saturday at 8 pm with a community street dance featuring live music from The Wanted Band.
