A court hearing is coming next month against a Georgia man accused of drug transport in Morris County.
Deputies say a traffic stop in Council Grove late last month led to the discovery of cocaine, marijuana, meth and “a large amount of US currency,” all of which were seized.
Herbert Herr was charged with distributing up to 100 grams of cocaine, marijuana, meth and Adderall, all within 1,000 feet of Council Grove High School, as well as possessing cocaine and meth and speeding. Herr’s preliminary hearing is Aug 6.
