An alleged chase in and out of Emporia this past weekend has led to formal charges.
Rolando Galindo, age 41, faces one count of flee and elude with an alternate flee and elude count. Galindo is also charged with DUI, criminal damage and criminal trespass.
Charges follow Saturday’s alleged chase from central Emporia to east Emporia and then into rural Lyon County near Emporia.
