A young Lebo football team looks to build on an impressive 2025 season.
The Wolves are coming off a 6-4 campaign and return a wealth of talent, giving them plenty of optimism entering the fall.
Despite starting just two upperclassmen last season, Head Coach Brian Hadley leaned heavily on a talented group of underclassmen that proved they were ready for the challenge.
Quarterback Brock Hadley returns after averaging 126 passing yards per game as a sophomore. Junior running back Jaxson Grimmett is back after leading the team with 675 rushing yards last season, while Jett Edwards looks to build on an outstanding freshman year that saw him total 468 combined rushing and receiving yards. Senior Ayden Ferguson will be a key contributor on both sides of the ball at linebacker and tight end. Perhaps most importantly, Lebo also returns its entire offensive and defensive lines.
While many of the names remain the same, fans can expect a different look from the Wolves this season as the coaching staff tweaks its schemes to better utilize the team’s speed and athleticism.
With so much experience returning, expectations are high in Lebo. The Wolves have their sights set on competing for a league championship and making a deep run in the Division 2 playoffs.
Lebo opens the 2026 season on September 4 with a road matchup at Madison.
