Two Lyon County roads near Emporia are closed until further notice.
The Lyon County Highway Department says Road J is now closed between Roads 150 and 160, while Road 150 is off-limits from Kansas Highway 99 to Road J.
The Highway Department says deteriorating road conditions are the reason for these shutdowns.
Both roads recently saw work as part of a county reclamation project.
