A Burlingame man now faces potential drug distribution charges after an arrest this week.
Osage County Sheriff Chris Wells says a traffic stop led to the arrest of 66-year-old Travis Hill on Tuesday afternoon. Wells says the stop happened at the junction of Kansas Highway 31 and South Wanamaker Road. Wells says a K-9 was deployed, leading to the reported discovery of illegal narcotics.
Beside distributing methamphetamine, Hill was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana and paraphernalia, as well as traffic infractions.
Formal charges are pending.
