A pretrial conference is now ahead next month in a Lyon County attempted murder case.
Shane Hulet will return to court October 22 after a preliminary hearing last week.
Hulet is charged with one count of attempted 1st-degree murder for allegedly trying to stab Harrison Edwards with a knife in early July. That count has an alternate of aggravated battery – great bodily harm. Hulet is also charged with 3 counts of criminal threat and single counts of stalking and interference with law enforcement between June 30 and July 7.
