Emporia High golf finished seventh at the 2026 Seaman Invitational Thursday at Village Greens Golf Course in Meriden.
Taylen Koch led the Lady Spartans, finishing 18th with a score of 27-over par. Kelsey Shull and Sofia Henning each shot a 107 to tie for 23rd. Emporia High finished with a team score of 428.
Washburn Rural won the team championship, finishing 23 strokes ahead of Seaman. De Soto’s McKenzie Laster posted the low score of the tournament at 10-over par.
The Black and Red return to action Monday in Newton.
