The Lebo Wolves improved to 2-0 on the season behind a convincing 50-0 victory over the Hartford Jaguars in Hartford on Friday.
Lebo utilized a balanced rushing and passing attack to get out to a 14-0 first quarter lead before taking a 36-0 lead into the locker room.
The Wolves wasted no time in the second half before they finished with a 50-0 victory with 8:49 left to go in the third quarter.
Jaxon Grimmett lead the way for Lebo on the ground with 59 yards and one score, with Jett Edwards and Mateo Plummer also finding the end zone for rushing scores. Overall Lebo finished with 160 rushing yards.
Brock Hadley completed 5/7 passes for 115 yards for three touchdowns to Ayden Ferguson, Plummer, and Eli Konrade.
Hartford was held to 56 yards of total offense.
Brock Hadley credited his playmakers on the outside, who helped them to the victory.
Head Coach Brian Hadley didn’t want to show too much this early in the season, but was happy how his team went out and competed.
Lebo will look to continue their winning ways next week against Burlingame, while Hartford (1-1) will look to regroup against Goessel.
