Emporia Fire was toned out to a hazardous materials call that turned out to be minor in nature Wednesday evening.
Crews were dispatched to Casey’s East around 9 pm. Fire Capt. Willie Ward says a small amount of refrigerant spilled and was cleaned up by the time firefighters arrived.
No injuries were reported.
