The #17 Emporia State volleyball team won three of four from Fort Hays State in a 25-22, 26-24, 21-25, 25-16 victory on Saturday afternoon. ESU outhit the Tigers .261 to .193 in the match and outblocked the hosts 12-6 at the net. Lavra Krizanic led all attackers with 17 kills and Piper Bahr chipped in 14. Brooklynn Weaver and Mia Frisbie combined for 11 blocks. ESU (14-2, 2-1 MIAA) finally makes their home debut Tuesday when they host Pittsburg State for a non-conference match. First serve is set for 6:00 p.m. at White Auditorium.
