Radical Life is in the early stages of its most radical fundraising competition at this time.
Radical Champions has been underway for just over a week now and according to Radical Life founder Lindsay Smith, their champions are off to a strong start, with four of their 17 participants already hitting their $1,000 fundraising goal. During an interview with KVOE News recently, Smith stated that rather than referring to the event as a campaign or fundraiser, they call it a competition, a choice she attributes to one of their returning champions.
With the competition comes a lengthy list of fundraising events and activities, all organized by their list of champions and all of which will be taking place over the next several weeks. This includes a soup and sisterhood night coming up this Sunday at the Del5ive event center, hosted by champions Darby Wilson and Frannie Walburn, who host a regular sisterhood night, according to Smith.
Next weekend, Champions Colby Dobson and Chad Smith will host an ATV Benefit Ride. Dobson joined Smith on KVOE’s Morning Show earlier this week to discuss the event.
