The City of Neosho Rapids will not be holding its annual haunted house this year.
According to a post on the Neosho Rapids Haunted House Facebook page, organizers have chosen to take this year off from the event. An exact reason was not given for the cancellation; however, the post did say the group is “Very much in need of volunteers.”
The group is planning to meet next summer and plan for the 2027 event. Those interested in taking part are told to keep a close eye on the haunted house’s social media channels for additional information.
