Radical Life’s Radical Champions fundraising campaign is under way. The organization’s community impact director, Jacinda Rowson, and radical champion Darby Cochran Wilson joined KVOE’s morning show Tuesday to share a bit about Radical Life’s fundraiser, which Wilson said is going really well already.
Located at 528 Sylvan Street in Emporia, Rowson said Radical Life is a local organization that provides educational resources to underserved families in the community.
As someone who’s been involved with the organization in the past, Wilson said it was a no-brainer decision to join the Radical Champions campaign to raise money for families in need, especially when the program offers so many valuable resources to those families.
For those who are interested in donating to each Radical Champions $1,000 goal, Rowson said there are multiple ways to get involved.
Radical Life’s Radical Champions campaign officially wraps up on Nov. 13.
