CareArc had a strong month financially in September, according to the latest finance report delivered to the CareArc Board of Directors during their monthly meeting Tuesday.
Per the report, the health center had a net gain of $24,000 above the original projection of $15,000. This brings the center’s year-to-date net gain to $455,000, which is $394,000 above original projections.
CareArc CEO Renee Hively says the increase is partially due to the revenue cycle.
And partially due to an uptick in patient visits to specific clinics, namely the dental clinic.
Expenses for the month came in at $895,000, which was a $39,000 increase from budgeted projections but still well below the month’s revenues of $919,000.
In addition to finances, board members reviewed the regular clinical and CQI reports and held continued discussions on credentialing and privileges for health center staff.
The CareArc Board of Directors will next convene on Tuesday, November 4th, inside the CareArc main campus.
