The Emporia State womens basketball team faces Minnesota Duluth in the NCAA Division II Central Regional Tournament Friday night.
The Lady Hornets are the 6th seed and Minnesota Duluth the 3 seed.
Coach Toby Wynn says defense and 3 point shooting will big for the Lady Hornets.
Sophomore Tre’Zure Jobe says they have to take it 1 game at a time.
Tip-off is set for 8:45 pm. The game will be broadcast on MIX 104.9.
The winner advances to play Nebraska Kearney in the semi-finals Saturday.
The other first-round game has Central Missouri playing St. Cloud State. That winner will play Fort Hays State in the other semifinal.
