Emporia Fire put out a vehicle fire that happened in far west Emporia on Wednesday afternoon.
Firefighters were called to 930 Graphic Arts shortly after 3:30 pm when a pickup caught fire. Fire Capt. Ryan Schmidt says the cab was fully involved in flames when firefighters arrived on scene.
Fire crews got the fire out without any additional spread but the truck is considered a total loss. Nobody was injured. The cause is currently undetermined.
