The Emporia State volleyball team won their first match of the spring defeating Missouri Southern in 3 sets Friday night.
The Lady Hornets won 25-22, 25-21, and 25-18. Sophomore Shelby Ebert called it a step in the right direction.
The Emporia State volleyball team will next play at Newman next Friday.
