Overall cases and deaths both saw a rise as active cases dipped Wednesday according to Lyon County Public Health’s latest COVID-19 data set.
Public health announced 26 new cases bringing the overall total to 4,060 since late March. Deaths increased by three to 79 with three cases pending final cause information from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.
43 recoveries dropped the active case number to 74, down 20 from Monday’s data set. Active hospitalizations dropped from five to four.
