Wichita State held off a late run by Tulane for a 75-67 win over the Green Wave Wednesday night.
Tyson Etienne scored a team-high 22 points. Alterique Gilbert chipped in 17 points. Wichita State led by as many as 21 points in the 2nd half before Tulane cut the deficit to 6. With the win, the Shockers improve to 10-4 for the season and 6-2 in the AAC.
Wichita State is scheduled to host Temple on Sunday.
