Capitol Federal is letting customers back inside its banks.
Two months ago, the bank stopped lobby traffic inside all its branches, including downtown Emporia, as a precautionary measure following a surge in coronavirus cases.
Mask use will be required, but customers can move or remove their masks briefly for positive identification. Social distancing will be practiced inside all lobbies.
