Two of three defendants accused of kidnapping and conspiracy in a local case dating back to last fall have accepted plea agreements.
Lane Rogers and Dakota Wilson formally accepted pleas as part of separate mediation hearings Thursday. Wilson pleaded to aggravated burglary and criminal threat, while Rogers pleaded to attempted aggravated burglary of a dwelling.
Rogers now has a sentencing hearing March 18. Wilson will be sentenced March 31.
The third defendant, Samantha Goza, did not accept a plea Thursday and is now awaiting trial. Dates have not been announced because trials are not being held until the coronavirus pandemic is over — so it could be months before trial takes place.
Goza, Wilson and Rogers were accused of breaking into 310 Melody Lane, starting a fight with two people inside the mobile home and damaging several items inside last fall. Goza is also accused of attacking one of the people inside with a knife in hand.
