Oklahoma used a 27-4 run that started in the first half and went into the 2nd half on the way to a 76-50 win over Kansas State Tuesday night.
The Wildcats were leading 22-17 when the run began.
Kansas State had two players score in double-figures led by DaJuan Gordon with 13 points and Selton Miguel with 11 points.
The Wildcats are now 5-10 for the season and 1-6 in the Big-12. They are scheduled to host West Virginia Saturday with tipoff at 3 pm.
