The fire danger will be very high across the KVOE listening area Wednesday.
Low relative humidity, dry grasses and southwesterly winds as high as 35 mph will all combine to increase the fire danger.
Outdoor burning is strongly discouraged for most area counties. Wabaunsee County has announced a burn ban until 7 pm Wednesday. Osage County has a ban underway until 8 am Thursday.
