The Lyon County Most Wanted list is adjusting with three additions and three longstanding suspects now off the list.
New to the Most Wanted list is 20-year-old Alexander Couch, who is sought on suspicion of aggravated kidnapping. Couch is 5-foot-10, 220 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He also has several tattoos on his left arm.
Also new are 24-year-olds Marcos Diaz and Lance Sutton, who have been named as suspects in an alleged shooting and home invasion robbery incident in late October. DIaz is wanted on suspicion of conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery, while Sutton is listed for suspected aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery. Diaz is 5-foot-6 and 160 pounds, while Sutton is 6-1 and 170 pounds.
Off the list are Fabian Chavez for suspected felony DUI, Jose Flores for allegedly failing to register as a sex offender and Katina Staves on suspicion of cocaine distribution. Lyon County Detective Sgt. Jacob Welsh says the statute of limitations has expired in all three cases so the warrants have been removed. County Attorney Marc Goodman has not said whether he plans to refile in these cases.
Flores and Staves had been on the list since 2014, while Chavez was added in 2018.
Three other suspects remain on the list.
