Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce, and Mecole Hardman each caught a touchdown pass.
The Chiefs converted 4 of their 5 RedZone opportunities.
Le’Veon Bell scored a rushing touchdown.
Harrison Butker kicked a 22-yard field goal for the Chiefs.
The Kansas City defense did its part to spoil Drew Brees’ return.
While Brees completed fewer than half of his passes and was intercepted for just the fourth time this season.
The victory keeps the defending Super Bowl champion Chiefs (13-1) in the pole position to capture the AFC’s lone playoff bye as a No. 1 seed.
The win also represented Kansas City’s eighth victory on the road this season, marking the Chiefs’ first perfect road record since 1966.
Rookie running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire needed help to the locker room in the fourth quarter, not putting any pressure on his left leg. Chiefs coach Andy Ried said X-rays were negative but that Edwards-Helaire would required more evaluation.
The Chiefs host the Atlanta Falcons this coming Sunday in the first of two home games to finish the regular season.
