The Emporia High girls basketball team has an opponent for Friday night.
The Lady Spartans will open the season on the road at Labette County.
They were scheduled to open against Highland Park.
The boys are not scheduled to play Friday. They will open their season next Tuesday at home against Washburn Rural.
