Three people formally accused of kidnapping and conspiracy will be back in Lyon County District Court for hearings before the year is out.
Samantha Goza, Lane Rogers and Dakota Wilson were originally set for motions hearings Friday, but those were continued to Dec. 15.
Goza, Wilson and Rogers are accused of breaking into 310 Melody Lane, starting a fight with two people inside the mobile home and damaging several items inside. Goza is also accused of attacking one of the people inside with a knife in hand.
The Lyon County Attorney’s Office says trials will take place next year if court proceedings continue.
