Three people accused of breaking into an Emporia house and threatening two people inside have hearings Friday.
Samantha Goza, Lane Rogers and Dakota Wilson all have pretrial hearings at 2 pm in Lyon County District Court.
Charges against the trio range from aggravated kidnapping to aggravated assault, aggravated battery and conspiracy among others. They are accused of breaking into 310 Melody Lane, starting a fight with two people inside the mobile home and damaging several items inside. Goza is also accused of attacking one of the people inside with a knife in hand.
