The Kansas Wrestling Coachs Association preseason High School rankings have been released. 3 Emporia High wrestlers are ranked in the top 6 of their weight class.
Sophomore Xerarch Tungjaroenkul is ranked 3rd at 145 pounds after finishing 3rd at state at 132 pounds last year.
Sophomore Lucas Hainline is ranked 6th at 120 pounds and Senior Ethan Garate is ranked 6th at 170 pounds. Both were state qualifiers last year.
5 Area wrestlers are also ranked in 3-2-1A.
Osage City is ranked 6th with 3 ranked wrestlers.
