Wednesday could see a cold rain — and a lot of it.
The National Weather Service has Chase and Greenwood counties in a flood watch from noon Wednesday to noon Thursday for the prospect of 1-3 inches of rain and locally higher amounts. The Weather Service expects river flooding and minor lowland flooding could be possible.
