The man accused of stealing tools and frozen food from an Emporia restaurant has accepted a plea in the case.
Jacob Vaughan to one count of burglary this week. He had been charged with single counts of non-dwelling burglary and theft, along with two counts of criminal damage, after allegedly breaking into Wendy’s and taking ground beef, chicken breasts, buns, potatoes and tools.
Sentencing is at 4 pm Dec. 16.
