The Lyon County Planning and Appeals Board meets Wednesday night.
Board members will spend the bulk of their time discussing the zoning regulations, now into the fifth draft of the process. Following talks in August, where the Planning Board voted not to recommend the fourth draft to Lyon County commissioners for ultimate approval, the decision was made to separate Emporia’s and the county’s regulations.
The meeting starts at 7 pm at the Fairgrounds Anderson Building. This is a board work session, so the public can attend but there will be no public comment allowed.
