Emporia High tennis player Emily Leihsing has earned a trip to state.
She finished in 4th place in singles play at the 5A regional at DeSoto.
Singles player Diana Magana and both doubles teams , Alyssa Dix and Kaitlyan Velasquez and Natalie Duncan and Lillee Frank won their first round matches before being eliminated from the regional tournament in the 2nd round.
The 5A State tennis tournament will be played at Andover.
