For the 4th year in a row the Kansas City Chiefs are 4-0 to start the season after their 26-10 win over the New England Patriots Monday night.
Harrison Butker kicked 2 field goals in the 1st quarter and the Chiefs never trailed. They held a 6-3 lead until Tyreek Hill scored on a 6 yard pass reception in the 3rd quarter to give the Chiefs a 13-3 lead. The Patriots scored their lone touchdown of the night at the beginning of the 4th quarter. The Chiefs answered with a 9 play 75 yard drive that ended with Mecole Hardman scoring on 6 yard pass reception.
The Chiefs sealed the win with a Tyrann Mathieu pick 6.
The Chiefs forced 4 turnovers on the night, 3 interceptions and 1 fumble recovery.
Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes says the game could have gone either way.
Chiefs Coach Andy Reid says they could have played better.
The Chiefs host the Las Vegas Raiders Sunday.
In the other Monday Night NFL game Green Bay defeated Atlanta 30-16.
