The Emporia High boys and girls cross country teams finished in 5th place at the Washburn Rural Sunflower Showdown Saturday.
The Emporia High boys were led by Treyson True who finished in 11th place. Jon Laudie finished in 24th place.
The Emporia High girls were led by Micah Sheffy-Harris who finished in 12th place. Taryn West finished in 20th place.
Lawrence Free State won the mens title and Washburn Rural won the girls title.
