The Regional Development Association of East Central Kansas’ Board of Directors will continue several ongoing discussions as part of its monthly meeting Friday.
Board members will continue talks on organization and structure, succession planning and target marketing. An analysis on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats will also take place along with an executive session.
The meeting is at 7 am at the Trusler Business Center.
