Full service should be restored for all ValuNet FIBER customers soon after a short outage Friday morning.
President and Managing Partner Rick Tidwell tells KVOE News there was a major network event around 9 am that lasted roughly 11 minutes and affected all ValulNet services. The system returned to normal shortly after that, but Tidwell says a handful of customers did not see their services immediately restored.
The cause is currently under investigation.
