Emporia High athletic teams will be able to continue preparing for their upcoming seasons after the USD 253 Emporia School Board voted to delay the start of using the states gating criteria.
The Emporia High girls tennis team is scheduled to host a JV tournament Thursday.
The Emporia High boys soccer team is scheduled to kick-off their season Friday against St. Marys Academy.
